Magus Group Albania shpk wants everyone to be able to find and book a journey on BusMagus Demo, whatever their abilities and whatever assistive technology they use. We are committed to making front.obtdemo.com and the BusMagus Demo mobile applications conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA and to the European standard EN 301 549, which underpins Directive (EU) 2019/882, the European Accessibility Act. In Albania we act in the spirit of Law No. 93/2014 "On the Inclusion of and Accessibility for Persons with Disabilities".
Pages are built with meaningful headings and landmarks so that screen readers can navigate them. Every interactive control can be reached and operated with a keyboard, and focus is visible. Form fields have labels, errors are announced and explained in words, and nothing depends on colour alone. Images that carry information have text alternatives; decorative images are hidden from assistive technology. Text can be resized to 200% without loss of content, and the layout adapts to small screens. A light and a dark theme are offered, both meeting contrast requirements for body text. The Platform is available in fifteen languages, and tickets are issued in the operator's language and in English. Time limits during checkout are shown and are generous enough to be met with assistive technology.
Route maps are drawn on an interactive map that is difficult to use without sight; the same information is always given in text as a list of stops with times. Payment pages are provided by banks and payment providers and their accessibility is theirs; where we know of a barrier we say so before you are sent there. Tickets are also delivered as PDF documents, which are readable but not yet fully tagged; the same ticket is always available as an accessible web page from the link in your confirmation email. Some content written by bus operators or by passengers in reviews may not meet our standards. We are working on each of these.
If you meet a problem using the Platform, or need information in another format, write to info@front.obtdemo.com or use the contact form on our Help pages, and tell us the page and what happened. We aim to answer within five working days and to offer a way for you to complete what you were trying to do in the meantime. If you are not satisfied with our answer and you are resident in a member state of the European Union, you may contact the body your country has designated to enforce the European Accessibility Act.
This statement is based on our own review of the Platform against WCAG 2.1 AA using automated checks and manual testing with a keyboard and screen readers. It is reviewed whenever the Platform changes substantially, and at least once a year.
