Cancelling a ticket and getting money back

Whether a ticket can be cancelled - and how late - is set by the operator of your route. Open your order page: if cancellation is still available you will see the option, along with what will be refunded. Tickets without the Flexible Ticket add-on are generally non-refundable once their window closes.
