Use the link in your confirmation email - it opens your order page, where you can download the ticket as a PDF or show it on your phone at boarding.
No - the driver can scan the ticket from your phone. A printout works just as well if you prefer paper.
That depends on the operator of your route: each sets its own cancellation and reschedule windows. Open your order page to see which options are still available for your departure.
An optional add-on at checkout that lets you cancel or reschedule your trip within the operator's flexible window, for a small fee per passenger. Without it, most tickets are non-refundable.

Same-day trips can usually be booked until shortly before the bus leaves - the search only shows departures that are still bookable, so if you can see it, you can book it.
On routes with seat selection you pick your seat on the bus plan during checkout. On other routes seats are assigned when you board.
Each route lists its own luggage allowance on the trip details. Most operators include one hold bag and one piece of hand luggage per passenger.
Children usually travel at a reduced fare and babies travelling on a lap often go free or nearly free - the exact fares are shown per trip before you pay.
Yes - on international routes carry the travel document you booked with. Border officials may ask to match your ticket against it.
Check your spam folder first. If it is not there, contact us with the name the booking was made under and we will resend it.
