Your tickets in the app

The Tickets tab is where your bookings live.

Without an account, enter the order number and the email you booked with and tap Find my tickets. The booking opens with its QR code and stays on the tab.

Signed in, the tab lists every trip on your account - upcoming and past - and the same bookings are visible on the website under My Account.

At boarding, open the trip and show the QR code to the driver. It is the same code as on the PDF ticket, so nothing needs printing.
