Notifications, location and other app permissions

The app asks for a permission only when a feature needs it, and every one of them is optional. You can change any of them later in your phone's settings.

• Notifications - a push the moment a booking is confirmed or cancelled, and the price alerts you set on routes. Decline and you still receive every confirmation by email; changes to a departure always go to the contact details on your booking.
• Location (approximate) - used once when you open the search, to suggest the nearest departure city. The app never asks for your precise position and does not track you in the background.
• Calendar - only when you tap Add to calendar on the confirmation screen after a purchase.
• Camera - only for operator and driver accounts, to scan passengers' QR codes at boarding. Passengers are never asked for it.
• Photos - only for agency and operator accounts, to upload their logo.
• Face ID / fingerprint - optional, to unlock the app faster. Your fingerprint or face never leaves the phone; the app only learns whether the phone recognised you.

Your sign-in is stored in the phone's secure storage and removed when you log out. Anything about how this data is handled is in our Privacy Policy.
